As a major hospitality brand with locations all over the world, Doubletree by Hilton recognized the ever-growing need to connect with their guests through social communication. As a result, Digital Royalty University developed 5 social communication modules and accompanying webinars. Today, more than 70 Doubletree team members have earned Royal Certification.
Digital Royalty University has educate several different verticals for FOX Sports, including on-air talent, production, sales, marketing and communication. Through strategic and tactical in-person and live webinars, Digital Royalty University helped FOX Sports establish a social communication presence and provide the proper training for on-air talent so they were able to share their individual stories and humanize the brand.
Digital Royalty University taught more than 30 editors at SELF magazine including editor-in-chief, Lucy Danziger. The in-person training took place in New York City and provided SELF with an overview of the social communication space, along with tactical instruction and personal-brand development.
